Chanel Client Intelligence Manager

- Analyze and interpret client data to derive insights that inform the European marketing and client engagement strategy.
- Develop and monitor key CRM KPIs such as recruitment, retention, and cross-selling to enhance client understanding.
- Facilitate the Europe client insights community, collaborating with local client insights teams and the Fashion Division to establish best practices.
- Provide markets with ad hoc analysis and access to data tools like Power BI for deeper insights.
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Finance teams to align product strategies and financial performance with client insights.
- Partner with the Client Experience team to analyze pulse index outcomes and develop strategic insights.
- Serve as the Client Data Owner for Fashion Europe, consolidating and prioritizing business requirements related to client data.
- Work with the Digital Team to align Fashion Europe's requirements with the Pioneer 3.2 database and CARAT project.
- Define business rules and KPIs to support the implementation of the Client Strategy.
- Streamline and automate processes within the Marketing teams, including campaign management and event impact analysis.
- Significant experience (5-7 years) in client analytics.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Adobe Campaign, PowerBI, and SQL.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Retail and business orientation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Client-centric and empathetic approach.
- Optimistic and positive problem-solving attitude.
5-7 years of experience in client analytics, with expertise in data analysis tools and CRM systems.
