Responsibilities
- Improve client knowledge of the Fashion European boutiques.
- Support teams in understanding clientele behavior.
- Provide client insights to build marketing strategies.
- Analyze client data and behaviors to define insights.
- Regularly report and define KPIs for client behaviors.
- Animate the Europe client insights community.
- Provide markets with ad hoc analysis and data access.
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Finance teams.
- Be the Client Data Owner for Fashion Europe.
- Consolidate fashion business requirements related to client data.
- Collaborate with the Digital Team on database projects.
- Define business rules and KPIs for client strategy.
- Streamline and automate marketing processes.
- Assist campaign teams in automating processes.
- Build analysis models for event impact and ROI analysis.
- Update clienteling attachment rules with Client Experience team.
Qualifications
- Significant experience (5-7 years) in client analytics.
Skills
- Mastery of tools such as Excel, Adobe Campaign, PowerBI, SQL.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Data and metrics interpretation.
