1. Support analytics data stewardship, including quality monitoring, enrichments, and corrections.
2. Contribute to analytics data quality monitoring and governance through recurrent meetings and issue coordination.
3. Create and automate solutions for data fixes when possible.
4. Support specific analytics projects requiring client data, ensuring methodology and compliance.
5. Collaborate with regional teams to align Client KPI language and sharing principles.
6. Develop and automate quicker data access through BigQuery and PowerBI for faster trend spotting and monitoring.
7. Provide studies and insights to support run and ad hoc analysis efforts.
8. Develop new formats for insights sharing.
9. Build and curate ad hoc resources for other business teams to support their recurrent analysis.
10. Work with internal BI partners to handle in-depth BI requests and manage deadlines.
11. Create documentation and engaging content to empower teams in client data analysis.

1. 3-5 years of experience in a data BI, consulting, or analytical position.
2. IT data engineer background with a business-oriented focus.

1. Proficiency in SQL and/or Python.
2. Good knowledge of Excel; experience with BigQuery is a plus.
3. Proven ability in PowerBI report building.
4. Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
5. Strong methodological approach and problem-solving skills.
6. Good sense of questioning and business acumen.
7. Team spirit and tenacity.
8. Proficiency in English and French.

3-5 years in data BI, consulting, or analytical roles, such as Business Analyst or Reporting Project Manager.
