1. Compile and disseminate monthly fashion KPIs for Europe to relevant markets and business teams.
2. Collaborate in the creation of monthly reports detailing European fashion customer insights.
3. Work alongside European teams in merchandising, finance, and eyewear to provide customer insights or address business inquiries.
4. Conduct ad hoc customer studies aligned with Chanel's business priorities and current events.
5. Contribute to strategic presentations for European fashion initiatives.
6. Support market engagement through regular meetings and information sharing.
7. Gather and assist with analytics and data needs for market-specific customer analyses.

1. Enrolled in a business or engineering school with a focus on analysis.
2. Proven analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Interest in the retail and luxury sectors.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Knowledge of PowerBI and/or Power Query is advantageous.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Previous experience in analytical roles is required.

Currently pursuing a degree in business or engineering.
