1. Support boutiques in implementing the client strategy across the French market.
2. Enhance and consolidate customer knowledge for the entire market.
3. Maintain regular communication with boutiques and head office teams, including product, finance, and legal departments.
4. Monitor customer performance metrics such as recruitment, retention, local and tourist customer weight, client segmentation, and product line dynamics.
5. Prepare monthly reports and disseminate results through dashboards and PowerPoint presentations.
6. Conduct customer analyses related to collections, product categories, and specific events.
7. Assist marketing teams in boutiques to develop analytical skills.
8. Ensure the reliability of the customer database.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university with a focus on commerce or related fields (Master's level).
2. Possess a first experience of at least 6 months in an analytical and versatile role.

1. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
2. Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Attention to detail and reliability.
5. Ability to react quickly and efficiently.

At least 6 months of experience in an analytical role within a retail or luxury environment.

Master's level student in business, engineering, or a related field.
