Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome each client upon arrival in the boutique, adhering to the brand's standards.
- Engage with clients to understand the purpose of their visit and direct them to the appropriate contact or waiting area.
- Enhance the waiting experience for clients using available tools.
- Identify VIP clients and proactively offer additional services such as valet, hotel, or restaurant connections.
- Ensure smooth client appointments through constant communication with sales advisors.
- Manage and coordinate all client appointment channels and communicate outcomes with sales teams.
- Engage clients with the history and specifics of the boutique to spark curiosity.
- Promote local cultural and gastronomic activities to assist clients and support sales advisors.
- Maintain the brand's image and ensure the boutique's presentation is impeccable.
- Contribute ideas to improve the client experience.
- Participate in the animation of Morning Briefs.
Experience Requirements
Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
