5. Facilitate seamless client appointments through constant communication with sales advisors.
6. Manage and coordinate all client appointment channels, recording outcomes and liaising with sales teams.
7. Engage clients with the Maison's history and boutique specifics to spark curiosity.
8. Promote local cultural and gastronomic activities to assist clients and support sales advisors.
9. Uphold the Maison's image and ensure the boutique's presentation is impeccable.
10. Contribute to enhancing the client experience with innovative suggestions.
11. Participate in the animation of Morning Briefs.

1. Significant experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality, restaurant, concierge, etc.).

5. Fashion sensitivity and intercultural openness.
6. Fluent in English.

Significant experience in customer-facing environments such as hospitality, restaurants, or concierge services is required.
