- Enhance the waiting experience for clients using the tools provided by the brand.
- Identify VIP clients and proactively offer additional services, such as connections with local hotels or restaurants.
- Ensure smooth client appointments through constant communication with sales advisors.
- Manage and coordinate all client appointment channels, record outcomes, and liaise with sales teams.
- Engage clients with storytelling about the history of the brand and the Biarritz boutique to spark curiosity.
- Promote the surrounding cultural and gastronomic activities to inform clients and support sales advisors.
- Maintain the brand's image and ensure the boutique is well-presented.
- Propose improvements to enhance the client experience.
- Participate in the animation of Morning Briefs.
- Significant experience in client-facing roles (hospitality, restaurant, animation, concierge services).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong memory.
- Proactive with listening and adaptation skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively.
- Storytelling skills and ability to evoke emotions.
- Sensitivity to fashion and intercultural openness.
- Fluency in English.
Significant experience in client-facing roles such as hospitality, restaurant, animation, or concierge services is required.
