Chanel Client Experience Project Assistant

- Assist the Client Experience Project Manager in defining and implementing the target client experience in boutiques across Europe.
- Support the deployment of new services and continuous improvement of existing processes and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Watches and Fine Jewelry division, as well as international and European Fashion divisions.
- Act as a project lead on specific initiatives, from needs assessment to market training.
- Facilitate the implementation of service offerings in boutiques, adapting to market-specific requirements.
- Monitor and communicate the performance of deployed services to assess their impact on client experience and behavior.
- Contribute to the Chanel & Moi program's engagement with markets and boutiques.
- Gather, define, and share market needs with the Watches and Fine Jewelry region and division.
- Participate in the deployment of digital projects to enhance client journeys and operational efficiency, offering innovative and localized solutions.
- Analyze team achievements, promote them, and contribute to their continuous improvement.
- Near completion of a degree from a university or business school, with a keen interest in client experience.
- Proven ability to manage projects from needs definition to team training.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong adaptability to diverse projects and stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to track performance and share insights.
- Proactive and innovative mindset.
Ideally, previous experience in retail sales or project management within the luxury sector.
Pursuing a degree from a university or business school.
Exposure to a variety of subjects and teams, understanding of a matrix environment, project management experience, and insights into client behavior.
