Chanel Client Experience Manager

- Oversee client engagement and stimulate sell-out for CHANEL products in Eastern Sicily and Southern Calabria.
- Ensure the delivery of the unique CHANEL Client Experience to end customers.
- Manage and execute short-term make-up and beauty events, sales consultations, and skincare cabin management.
- Activate Client Experience activities in designated stores, ensuring flawless execution of trade marketing animations.
- Collaborate with the Client Experience and Field Development departments to coordinate store personnel and materials.
- Support training for Beauty Advisors in collaboration with the Training department, ensuring comprehensive product knowledge and client experience delivery.
- Enhance brand visibility, product stock, and market share through sales support and advice.
- Maintain the brand image and merchandising guidelines within stores, ensuring cleanliness and stock levels.
- Understanding of multi-brand retail dynamics.
- Empathy and strong communication skills (B2C and B2B).
- Relational and negotiation skills related to sales.
- Communication skills including active listening and specific language use.
- Sensitivity to the luxury and beauty sectors, driven by curiosity and initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a good aptitude for electronic tools and devices.
- Valid driver's license.

A minimum of 2-3 years in a field role such as Sales Assistant, Make-up Artist, or Beautician is preferred.
