1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on the boutique floor, ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience.
2. Greet clients upon arrival, understanding and anticipating their needs to provide personalized assistance.
3. Optimize the use of the queue management system to enhance client flow and satisfaction.
4. Monitor client appointments and purchases, ensuring a successful and memorable visit.
5. Collaborate closely with Fashion Advisors to support client appointments and coach them on delivering superior service.
6. Perform soft concierge duties, including arranging transport and local hospitality reservations.
7. Maintain in-depth knowledge of boutique policies, procedures, and client services to provide accurate information.

1. Experience in a luxury environment or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
2. High proficiency in English and Spanish.
