1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on the boutique floor, ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience.
2. Greet clients upon arrival, understanding and anticipating their needs to provide personalized service.
3. Manage the queue system efficiently to optimize client flow and satisfaction.
4. Monitor client appointments and purchases through Les RDV Mode.
5. Collaborate with Fashion Advisors to understand client preferences and support successful appointments.
6. Perform soft concierge duties, including arranging transport and making local hospitality reservations.
7. Maintain in-depth knowledge of boutique policies, procedures, and client services.

1. Experience in a luxury environment or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
