Chanel Client Experience & CRM Clienteling Assistant

- Contribute to the development and performance monitoring of omnichannel client experiences across retail, wholesale, and e-business channels in European markets.
- Assist in the orchestration of Fragrance & Beauty services, including skincare cabins, digital in-store experiences, and boutique events.
- Participate in defining and implementing Chanel's Fragrance & Beauty clienteling culture across Europe, including the development of the Clienteling App.
- Collaborate closely with European markets, global teams, and regional digital teams to enhance client engagement and loyalty.
- Lead competitive landscape assessments to drive continuous improvements in client experience and CRM clienteling.
- Develop internal communication tools and animate the clienteling community within markets.
- Proficiency in operational tasks with strong project management skills.
- Client-centric and retail-centric mindset.
- Curiosity and interest in client experience and digital topics.
- Analytical mind with deductive skills.
- Proficiency in English and French; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.

Experience in a client-centric or retail-centric role, preferably within the luxury sector, with exposure to digital and omnichannel strategies.
