- Contribute to the development and monitoring of omnichannel client experiences in European markets.
- Assist in the orchestration of Fragrance & Beauty services, including skincare cabins and digital in-store experiences.
- Participate in defining and implementing Chanel's Clienteling culture in Europe.
- Collaborate with European and global teams to enhance client engagement and loyalty.
- Support the development and evolution of the Chanel Clienteling App.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and monitor key performance indicators.
- Proficiency in operational tasks with strong project management skills.
- Client-centric and retail-centric mindset.
- Curiosity and interest in client experience and digital topics.

- Fluency in English and French.
