1. Contribute to the development and monitoring of omnichannel client experiences across retail, wholesale, and e-business channels in Europe.
2. Assist in the orchestration of Fragrance & Beauty services, including skincare cabins and digital in-store experiences.
3. Participate in defining and implementing Chanel's Clienteling culture throughout Europe.
4. Support the development and evolution of the Chanel Clienteling App in collaboration with the Digital business unit.
5. Engage in competitive intelligence and analysis to drive continuous improvements in client experience and CRM clienteling.
6. Collaborate with European and global teams to ensure cohesive client engagement strategies.

1. Proficiency in English and French.
2. Proven ability to manage operational tasks with rigor and precision.
3. Strong client-centric and retail-centric mindset.

3. Effective communication and relational skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.

Experience in a client-centric role within the luxury retail or fashion industry is preferred.
