Chanel Client Engagement Project Manager

- Drive the implementation of the Clienteling Playbook, empowering regions for impactful execution.
- Design Clienteling journeys in alignment with the Offline Selling Ceremony to ensure a consistent client experience.
- Support the Client Experience Senior Project Manager in implementing the membership program lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Online business team to enhance the online and remote experience for high-potential and VIC clients.
- Work cross-functionally with Global Client Communications, Client Intelligence, Business Development, Marketing, and Retail Education teams to integrate Clienteling principles.
- Design and lead collaborative workshops with other functions and regions, translating strategic recommendations into actionable plans.
- Monitor the global impact of client engagement initiatives, providing data-driven insights for optimization.
- Proven experience in strategic project leadership within client engagement or CRM, ideally in luxury retail.
- Strong understanding of client development, engagement principles, loyalty programs, and VIC strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Fluency in French and English.

Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or CRM/CX, with significant experience managing complex projects in a global organization.
