Chanel Client Engagement Project Manager

1. Drive the implementation of the Clienteling Playbook, empowering regions for impactful execution.
2. Design Clienteling journeys in alignment with the Offline Selling Ceremony to ensure a consistent client experience.
3. Support the Client Experience Senior Project Manager in implementing the membership program lifecycle.
4. Collaborate with the Online business team to enhance the online and remote experience for high-potential and VIC clients.
5. Work cross-functionally with Global Client Communications, Client Intelligence, Business Development, Marketing, and Retail Education teams to integrate Clienteling principles.
6. Design and lead collaborative workshops with other functions and regions, translating strategic recommendations into actionable plans.
7. Monitor the global impact of client engagement initiatives, providing data-driven insights for optimization.

1. Proven experience in strategic project leadership within client engagement or CRM, ideally in luxury retail.
2. Strong understanding of client development, engagement principles, loyalty programs, and VIC strategies.
3. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
4. Fluency in French and English.
