Chanel Client Engagement Project Assistant Intern

As a member of the Parfums-Beauté team, individuals have the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects that enhance the brand's CRM and data strategies.
- Assist the Client Engagement Project Manager with international CRM projects, including the implementation of the VIC engagement strategy and Clienteling initiatives.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and analyze best practices for VIC programs in the market.
- Coordinate and monitor projects with European, Chinese, Asian, US, UK, and Korean markets and stakeholders, including participation in planning meetings, note-taking, and insight consolidation.
- Support markets in consolidating monthly and semi-annual performance reports, particularly in Asia.
- Compile reports on market tools, including objectives, software, and functionalities.
- Continuously update project management tools and documents, contributing to an online platform, and creating notes and presentations.
- Contribute to the organization and facilitation of workshops with various stakeholders, including markets and internal departments.
- Collaborate with Client Intelligence and Client Communication teams to align projects with communication campaigns, especially regarding client assets.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business School, University, or equivalent, with a specialization in marketing, project management, or business analysis.
- Strong curiosity and ability to balance creativity with analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent synthesis capabilities and data orientation.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level desired).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Good aesthetic sense.
No prior experience is required, but a passion for client-centric strategy and a proactive, autonomous approach are essential.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
