1. Assist the Client Engagement Product Manager in creating and deploying features related to the loyalty program La Collection.
2. Conduct competitive benchmarking and best practice analysis for new features.
3. Participate in workshops and meetings with stakeholders, taking notes and consolidating insights into reports.
4. Project scoping, including defining scope, deadlines, team, and drafting work documents and briefs.
5. Develop and monitor project timelines with artistic and technical teams.
6. Continuously update loyalty program management tools, such as translation management files and program backlog.
7. Coordinate with markets in Europe, Asia, US, UK, Japan, Swiss region, China, and Korea.
8. Create launch notes and presentations for market features.
9. Communicate with Client Engagement contacts to manage year-end gift supports and orders.
10. Collaborate with Client Intelligence and Client Communication teams to align client programs with communication campaigns and client journeys.

1. Knowledge in digital product management
2. Fluency in English, both written and spoken
3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
4. Proficiency in Photoshop

Experience in managing digital product projects is preferred.
