Chanel Client Engagement Project Assistant Intern

- Support the Client Engagement Project Manager in executing international CRM projects, including the implementation of the VIC engagement strategy and clienteling initiatives.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and analyze best practices for VIC programs in the market.
- Coordinate and monitor projects with stakeholders across Europe, China, Asia, the US, UK, and Korea, including participation in alignment meetings and consolidation of insights.
- Assist markets, particularly in Asia, with the consolidation of monthly and semi-annual performance reports.
- Compile reports on market tools, including objectives, software, and functionalities.
- Continuously update project management tools and documents, contributing to online platforms, note creation, and presentations.
- Contribute to the organization and facilitation of workshops with various stakeholders, including markets and internal departments.
- Collaborate with Client Intelligence and Client Communication teams to align projects with communication campaigns, particularly at the client asset level.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business School, University, or equivalent, with a specialization in marketing, project management, or business analysis.
- Strong curiosity with the ability to balance creativity and analysis, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent synthesis skills and data orientation.
- Fluent in English, with a minimum B2 level proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Good aesthetic sense.
No specific prior experience required, but a passion for client-centric strategies and adaptability in a dynamic environment is essential.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
