- Maximize revenue and enhance Chanel's visibility at client locations and sales points.
- Manage existing client relationships and motivate retail teams.
- Support and strengthen wholesale partnerships with enthusiasm and commercial acumen.
- Enhance brand presentation through optimal merchandising and adherence to Chanel's image standards.
- Provide training and coaching to clients on new products and innovations.
- Plan and execute promotional activities in collaboration with clients.
- Maintain regular visits and evaluations of sales points, developing and guiding action plans.
- Monitor stock levels and proactively address client inquiries and issues.
- Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities based on market trends and client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in a commercial, retail, or beauty-related field.
- Full-time availability with flexibility to work according to partner store hours.
- Residence in or near Rotterdam and possession of a valid driver's license.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
- Strong commercial drive and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a hands-on, structured approach.
Experience in luxury makeup, skincare, perfume, and fashion industries is required.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
