1. Utilize tools and platforms to gather and analyze client data, updating monthly CRM KPIs.
2. Participate in the creation of training materials for clienteling tools and provide key insights to regional markets.
3. Coordinate client communication efforts, liaising between global and regional digital teams.
4. Manage the distribution and feedback collection of printed communication tools and client gifts.
5. Update and maintain the monthly marketing newsletter for regional markets.
6. Analyze the results of client communication campaigns.
7. Ensure adherence to global service guidelines within the region.
8. Coordinate mystery shopping initiatives with external agencies and local teams.
9. Collaborate with the European team on Chanel Customer Service coordination.
10. Ensure regional boutique page information is current.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Engineering, Business, or a specialized field.
2. Successful first international experience.
3. Analytical mindset with proficiency in database management and data analysis.
4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in fashion and luxury.
6. Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
