1. Utilize tools and platforms to gather and analyze client data for enhanced client intelligence.
2. Update monthly CRM KPIs and participate in creating training materials for clienteling tools.
3. Provide key insights to regional markets including Switzerland, Latin America, and India.
4. Collaborate with IT and Digital departments to support cross-department projects.
5. Coordinate client communication between global and regional digital teams.
6. Manage orders for printed communication tools and client gifts, ensuring timely delivery.
7. Collect and share market feedback with regional and global teams.
8. Update and distribute the monthly marketing newsletter to regional markets.
9. Analyze results from client communication campaigns.
10. Ensure global service guidelines are effectively communicated within the region.
11. Coordinate mystery shopping initiatives with external agencies and local teams.
12. Collaborate with the European team on Chanel Customer Service coordination.
13. Maintain updated information on regional boutique pages.

1. Enrollment in a Master's Degree program (Engineering, Business School, Specialized Master).
2. Previous successful international experience.
3. Analytical mindset with proficiency in database management and data analysis.
4. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and BI tools is preferred.
