Chanel Specialist, Client Development Engagement

- Coordinate and organize top client events both domestically and internationally.
- Steward top client details and data with discretion to ensure personalized and exceptional client experiences.
- Refine, manage, and evolve internal team processes to improve efficiencies with cross-functional partners.
- Partner with global teams to align on strategic initiatives and communicate US perspectives on events and experiences.
- Educate boutique teams on VIC program fundamentals and engagement approaches.
- Support the team Manager in organizational elements and coordination of top priorities.
- Engage and entertain VIC clients both domestically and internationally.
- Adapt dynamically to the needs of boutique teams in a changing retail environment.
- Organize and assist in hosting VIC clientele at best-in-class client events and experiences.
- Collaborate with home office partners to develop synergies and connect divisional goals.
- Maintain calm and organization during client events, managing change with grace and flexibility.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably within Events, PR, or Hospitality fields.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Vlookup.
- Skilled in PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations.
- Ability to socialize fluently and elegantly in Mandarin is a plus.
- Professional proficiency in French is a plus.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience, ideally within the Events, PR, or Hospitality sectors, demonstrating a strong understanding of luxury service and product.
Bachelor’s degree required
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,500 through $95,000. Additional forms of variable pay, including bonus potential, may be offered.
