1. Coordinate and organize top client events both domestically and internationally.
2. Steward top client details and data with discretion to ensure personalized and detailed client experiences.
3. Refine, manage, and evolve internal team processes to improve efficiencies.
4. Partner with global teams to align on strategic initiatives and program opportunities.
5. Educate boutique teams on VIC program fundamentals and engagement approach.
6. Support team Manager on organizational elements and coordination of top priorities.
7. Entertain and engage VIC clients both domestically and internationally.
8. Organize and assist in hosting VIC clientele at best-in-class client events.
9. Collaborate with key home office partners to develop synergies on divisional goals.
10. Maintain calm and organization during client events and manage change with flexibility.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Events, PR, or Hospitality.
2. Bachelor’s degree required.

1. Excellent skills in Excel, including Pivot Table functions and Vlookup.
2. Highly skilled in PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Professional proficiency in French is a plus.
5. Ability to socialize fluently in Mandarin is a plus.

A minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably within the Events, PR, or Hospitality field.

Bachelor’s degree required.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,500 through $95,000. Other forms of variable pay may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
