Chanel Client and Digital Manager

- Define and implement the annual clienteling plan based on regional strategy.
- Set and monitor individual clienteling objectives for sales associates in collaboration with Boutique Deputy Managers.
- Analyze clienteling activities using Salesforce and internal reports.
- Facilitate a community of sales associates by sharing best practices and serving as the business contact for clienteling tool evolution.
- Execute gift and edition strategy and provide feedback to the division.
- Collaborate with the events team to define and implement event invitation strategies.
- Update and implement the 360° client communication calendar.
- Coordinate 1-to-many communications with the regional digital team.
- Conduct CRM analyses to identify improvement areas and provide markets with relevant information.
- Develop an annual calendar of experiences for high-end clients.
- Coordinate arrangements for high-end clients attending international events.
- Manage the Ultimate platform and digital projects for high-end clients.
- Collaborate with the regional digital team to optimize the drive-to-store strategy for Watches and Fine Jewelry.
- Manage online visibility for wholesale partner websites.
- Implement digital tools in WFJ boutiques and ensure their adoption by the sales team.
- Proven experience in CRM and client engagement.
- Experience in the luxury retail sector is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
