1. Support the Client Engagement team in event targeting and communication strategies across divisions.
2. Assist in the analysis of key client KPIs and post-event client insights.
3. Provide relevant client intelligence and insights to business stakeholders.
4. Develop ad hoc analyses for a deeper understanding of the Italian client database.
5. Contribute to the development of local gifting strategy guidelines in collaboration with business teams.
6. Monitor client touchpoints and analyze performance using clienteling tools.

1. Previous experience in a CRM or analytics role, preferably within a luxury brand.
2. Fluency in English and Italian; proficiency in French is advantageous.

2. Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
3. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
4. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
5. Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and CRM reporting.
6. Understanding of customer behavior and market segmentation.

Previous experience in a CRM or analytics role, preferably in a luxury brand or similar environment.
