- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service that reflects Chanel’s brand standards and cultivates long-term relationships.
- Perform advisory selling to meet and exceed individual and boutique sales objectives while maintaining high conversion and average transaction values.
- Manage clienteling activities, including follow-up, appointment scheduling and bespoke service coordination.
- Support daily boutique operations: receive and process stock, execute accurate POS transactions and maintain inventory integrity.
- Ensure merchandising and presentation comply with visual standards and seasonal directives.
- Collaborate closely with store leadership and colleagues to share market intelligence and support promotional events.
- Proven customer-facing retail experience, preferably within luxury fashion or accessories.
- Strong interpersonal presence with refined grooming and presentation appropriate to a luxury boutique.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities; ability to engage high-net-worth clients discreetly and professionally.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Organisational rigour and numerical accuracy for sales reconciliation and stock management.
- Legal entitlement to work in Italy and availability for the duration of the temporary engagement.

Typically 1–3 years of retail or client-facing experience; prior experience in luxury or premium brands is strongly preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion, retail or hospitality is advantageous.
