Chanel Cinema Relations Project Assistant

- Conduct preliminary research on filmmakers, films, events, or cinema-related institutions prior to meetings.
- Develop presentation and coordination documents for cinema partnerships or events.
- Contribute to the archiving of cinema projects in collaboration with heritage teams.
- Monitor cinema industry news and trends.
- Provide logistical support for projects involving costume loans or creations.
- Assist in preparing meetings with costume designers and conduct preliminary research based on briefs or moodboards.
- Organize costume fittings for film projects.
- Track loans and returns of items in collaboration with Art Houses.
- Compile lists of loaned items with references for contractual agreements with production companies.
- Maintain and update the inventory of cinema wardrobe pieces.
- Coordinate preparation stages for Chanel and partner events, including transportation, invitations, and calligraphy.
- Support the management and engagement of cinema relations contacts, including costume designers, press agents, producers, and festival teams.
- Update the cinema contacts database.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Communication.
- Strong interest in fashion and cinema sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Dynamic and interested in the intersection of Chanel's history and current codes.
