- Define, lead, and ensure the application of ITIL-based change management processes across all systems, including digital, legacy, and infrastructure.
- Orchestrate the Change Advisory Board (CAB), qualifying, prioritizing, and assessing the impact of change requests.
- Establish performance indicators and provide regular reporting to management and stakeholders.
- Adapt and evolve change processes to facilitate secure, continuous delivery for applications with CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Software Factory, and QA teams to ensure automation, traceability, and compliance of continuous deployments.
- Support legacy systems teams in adapting change management processes to anticipate, plan, and secure application evolution impacts.
- Define testing, validation, and deployment strategies tailored to the criticality and complexity of legacy environments.
- Develop and evolve methodological frameworks for managing environments and planning application deployments across regions and markets.
- Assist project and technical teams in planning, coordinating, and executing deployments considering local constraints.
- Ensure synchronization of multi-domain deployments and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Train and support Business, IT, and Operations teams in adopting change and deployment frameworks.
- Champion continuous improvement of change and deployment processes, facilitating feedback and proposing optimization strategies.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT change management (ITIL) and application deployment management, preferably in international, complex, and hybrid environments.
- Proficiency in ITIL practices (certification preferred), release management processes, and change management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
- Strong understanding of modern CI/CD environments, DevOps challenges, and legacy/proprietary systems specifics.
- Experience in cross-functional coordination, committee facilitation, crisis management, and multi-stakeholder communication.
- Fluency in English is essential for collaboration with international teams and markets.
- Leadership and the ability to inspire and unite teams around controlled change culture.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A minimum of 8 years in IT change management and application deployment management in international, complex, and hybrid environments.
ITIL certification preferred.
