1. Coordinate global celebrity activities for Fashion and Fragrance-Beauty divisions.
2. Manage logistics for Chanel ambassadors and celebrities, including event invitations, travel, and accommodations.
3. Participate in on-site event management when possible.
4. Oversee back-office project management, including internal and external orders and invoicing.
5. Coordinate gifting strategies for celebrities and ambassadors, including fragrance, beauty products, and fashion items.

1. Fluency in English; additional languages are highly valued.

4. Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Previous experience in event coordination or celebrity relations is preferred.
