Chanel Celebrity Activations Assistant

- Assist the daily operations of the celebrity department within the Activations division.
- Support all organizational projects for celebrity activations in France and internationally.
- Manage the back-office operations of the department, including invoicing and coordination with internal financial control.
- Track project preparation meetings and draft meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with global markets and the Celebrity department teams for project scheduling, logistics, and event calendars.
- Support media studies coordination, including market coordination, vendor follow-ups, and media study analysis.
- Prepare illustrated documents for various projects.
- Participate in the follow-up of VIP Boutique experiences.
- Student in fashion, business, communication school, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the fashion industry.
- Strong attention to detail and autonomy.
- Agility and service-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Keynote.
- Sensitivity to fashion and the arts.
Previous experience in the fashion industry is required.
