1. Provide daily administrative support to the celebrity department within the Activations division.
2. Assist in organizing celebrity activation projects both domestically and internationally.
3. Manage the back-office operations of the department, including invoicing and liaising with internal financial control and suppliers.
4. Monitor project preparation meetings and draft minutes.
5. Coordinate with global markets and the Celebrity department to ensure seamless project scheduling and logistics.
6. Support media study implementations, including market coordination, vendor follow-ups, and analysis.
7. Prepare illustrated documents for various projects.
8. Participate in the management of VIP Boutique experiences.

1. Currently enrolled in a fashion, business, or communication school or equivalent program.
2. Previous experience in the fashion industry is required.

1. High level of rigor and autonomy.
2. Agility and strong service orientation.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
4. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Keynote.
5. A keen sensitivity to fashion and the arts.

A first experience in the fashion industry is required.
