Chanel Category Manager – Watches & Fine Jewelry

- Develop and grow the Watches and Fine Jewelry categories in the Mexican market, aligning with brand positioning and global guidelines.
- Define and execute commercial, marketing, visual merchandising, and training strategies across all points of sale.
- Lead performance monitoring, market analysis, and reporting of business results to ensure alignment with budget and commercial objectives.
- Identify and evaluate suitable business partners and develop tailored strategies for market distribution.
- Ensure compliance with global visual merchandising standards and coordinate special events.
- Identify training needs and execute training plans for POS staff and sales teams.
- Define and monitor sell-in and sell-out objectives, aligning with commercial strategy.
- Conduct competitive pricing analysis and develop pricing strategies for the Mexican market.
- Participate in budget development and control expenses efficiently.
- Plan and coordinate product launch events and brand activations.
- Implement effective people management and conduct performance evaluations.
- Prepare sales, performance, and market reports, analyzing trends and competitive landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Marketing or Commercial roles.
- Proven experience in luxury watches and/or fine jewelry.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and budget management.
- Solid understanding of promotions and merchandising materials.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience in training design and delivery.
Minimum of 4 years in Marketing or Commercial roles, with proven experience in luxury watches and/or fine jewelry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
