1. Provide an elevated client experience by welcoming clients into the Care & Repair space and understanding their needs.
2. Guide clients through tailored repair solutions, ensuring adherence to Chanel's standards of excellence.
3. Diagnose reasons for product returns and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Perform express repairs and minor technical repairs on leather goods and costume jewelry.
5. Manage spare part orders and inventory for the boutique.
6. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by responding promptly and appropriately.
7. Deliver training to Fashion Advisors on CASS and Chanel & Moi philosophy.
8. Conduct regular audits and share insights on quality issues.
9. Liaise with the Boutique Management team to address client concerns with empathy.
10. Develop and maintain expert standards of product knowledge.
11. Plan daily tasks efficiently and actively participate in team meetings.

1. Strong communication skills with an outgoing and approachable demeanor.
2. Exceptional attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
3. Genuine passion for craftsmanship and luxury clientelling.
4. Understanding of luxury leather goods, costume jewelry, and RTW garments, or a strong willingness to learn.
5. Confidence in using technology to streamline processes and manage workflows.
6. Proactive attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively.
7. Empathy, active listening, and a client-first mindset.
8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan tasks efficiently.

Experience in luxury retail or a related field is preferred, with a focus on client service and repair operations.

Competitive base salary of $65k-70k CAD annually, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
