- Support the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns from briefing to deployment.
- Collaborate with third-party partners and internal teams to create high-quality emails and optimize template design.
- Develop dynamic campaign experiences using HTML, CSS, AMP script, and SFMC scripting tools.
- Align strategy, timing, and priorities across divisional email calendars with the Campaign Manager.
- Serve as the liaison for email operations, ensuring timely delivery of assets, requirements, and approvals.
- Conduct end-to-end Quality Assurance to validate rendering, device compatibility, and tracking parameters.
- Troubleshoot rendering issues, dynamic content errors, and subscriber lookup discrepancies.
- Execute A/B tests and recommend data-driven optimizations.
- Manage and segment audiences using SFMC tools and build personalization using AMPscript.
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting to highlight performance trends and insights.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and ensure brand integrity in content and design.
- Support vendor relationships and workflows, including QA alignment and performance reporting.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience leading campaign operations, CRM, and digital email marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Proven experience with A/B testing and Quality Assurance.
- Strong understanding of CRM, email marketing, and digital client engagement.
- Ability to build journeys, triggered sends, and automations in SFMC.
- Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, AMP script, and SFMC scripting tools.
- Strong project management, documentation, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, email marketing, ecommerce, and CRM within the premium or luxury retail industry.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $58,200- $90,000. Additional forms of variable pay may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
