Chanel Campaign Operations Specialist

- Assist in planning and executing end-to-end email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Campaign Manager on cross-divisional email calendar planning and strategy.
- Serve as the key liaison for email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely receipt of assets, submission of deliverables, and on-schedule campaign launches.
- Create and manage the briefing process with Artistic Direction, internal teams, and vendors.
- Manage email routing and approval of deliverables within respective teams to meet deployment deadlines.
- Oversee builds and Quality Assurance (QA) in collaboration with vendors, Tech, and Digital & Customer Experience (CX) teams.
- Ensure accurate rendering, functionality, landing experience, and tracking parameters.
- Handle segmentation files and Email Service Provider (ESP) submissions.
- Execute A/B testing plans and implement dynamic elements to enhance engagement.
- Track project roadmaps, capture meeting minutes, document requirements, and proactively manage timelines.
- Communicate shifts and risks to key stakeholders and support alternative solutions.
- Support quarterly and monthly reporting to provide insights and recommendations.
- Analyze past campaign success to optimize future strategies.
- Manage ad-hoc requests for performance recaps in support of campaigns, collections, and shows.
- Partner closely with Digital and CX, Marketing, Client Intelligence, and global counterparts to identify opportunities and synergies for improved client experience.
- Support day-to-day vendor relationships, including project management, reporting and analytics, billing, and invoicing.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in campaign operations, CRM, and digital email marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous.
- Proven experience with A/B testing and QA.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and partner with global divisions and stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Skilled at balancing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in email marketing, e-commerce, and CRM is required.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $58,200 to $90,000. Additional forms of variable pay, including bonus potential, may be offered.
