1. Support Senior Managers in implementing strategic vision and initiatives for Costume Jewelry and Accessories.
2. Assist in the preparation and execution of eight annual catalogs, including order forms, pricing sheets, and market buying sessions.
3. Analyze sales performance and execute sizing for collections in collaboration with Senior Managers.
4. Facilitate strategic warehouse allocations and support the allocation process.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for annual business planning, financial reporting, and budget forecasting.
6. Monitor and identify business opportunities and challenges by boutique, providing business recaps and recommendations.
7. Facilitate product transfers and client requests through communication with boutiques and global partners.
8. Support the seasonal markdown process through data analysis and category coordination.
9. Develop expert knowledge of Chanel's price positioning within the competitive landscape of the US market.
10. Challenge the status quo to improve efficiency and overcome roadblocks with creative solutions.
11. Master business systems such as PowerBI, MMS, Orli, AX pricing system, Smartsheet, and AXBI.
12. Conduct in-season and market prep reporting and analysis, including sales, sell-thru, inventory, and shipments.
13. Present regular analysis and reviews of collection performance.
14. Build collaborative partnerships with boutique store teams to support sales and product vision.
15. Drive engagement in styling, storytelling, and craftsmanship in partnership with Education and Style Expertise teams.
16. Act as a key resource for boutique teams to address client inquiries and support boutique visits for training and events.

1. Bachelor's Degree required.
2. 2+ years in a buying-related strategic or analytical role.

1. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in retail math.
2. Advanced Excel skills (vlookup, sumifs, sumproduct, pivot tables) and PowerPoint skills (animation, slide master formatting).
3. Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to interpret complex data and formulate action plans.
5. Proactive, agile, and resilient with a service-minded approach.
6. Strong aesthetic understanding and demonstrated taste level.

A minimum of two years in a strategic or analytical buying role is required, with experience in luxury fashion preferred.

Bachelor's Degree required.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $61,400 to $95,000, with additional bonus potential and benefits.
