Chanel Business Systems Analyst - Finance

- Collaborate with Finance and internal teams across global and APAC regions to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support end-to-end project management from business requirements discovery to final testing, delivery, and training.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless system integration roll-out.
- Review solution design documents to identify local technical dependencies and initiate necessary changes.
- Prepare and maintain IT documentation such as system design documents, UAT test scripts, and user manuals.
- Monitor, maintain, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AX 2012 for critical business functions.
- Manage external vendors to provide quality and timely system support.
- Support change request processes and oversee integration support between Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX 2012 and POS/OMS.
- Provide application system support to end-users as required.
- University degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or related disciplines.
- Agile or PMP certification is desirable.
- Microsoft Certificates on Dynamics 365 related topics.
- Strong coordination skills with experience in managing stakeholders and external vendors.
- Ability to build rapport with IT and business users.
- Collaborative and detail-oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Multitasking and ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst for IT systems, with specific experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or AX 2012, systems implementation, and O2C processes.
University degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or related disciplines.
