1. Collaborate with Finance and internal teams across global and APAC regions, as well as external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
2. Support end-to-end project management from business requirements discovery to final testing, delivery, and training, including the transition from project to operations.
3. Communicate and coordinate with various internal teams and external vendors to enable seamless system or integration roll-out.
4. Work with external vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes in a timely manner.
5. Review solution design documents to identify local technical dependencies and initiate necessary changes.
6. Prepare and maintain IT documentation such as system design documents, UAT test scripts, functional requirement documents, and user manuals.
7. Monitor, maintain, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AX 2012 to ensure critical business functions are running smoothly and efficiently.
8. Manage external vendors to provide quality and timely system support to ensure smooth operations.
9. Support change request processes, monitor development, quality outcomes, and deployment.
10. Oversee integration support between Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX 2012 and Bank Platform/COUPA/CONCUR.
11. Provide application system support to end-users when required.

1. University degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or related disciplines.
2. Agile or PMP certification is desirable.
3. Microsoft Certificates on Dynamics 365 related topics.

1. Strong coordination skills with experience in managing stakeholders and external vendors.
2. Ability to build rapport with IT and business users.
3. Collaborative and detail-oriented.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Multitasking and ability to work independently.
6. Self-motivated and able to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written in English.

At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst for IT systems, with specific experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or AX 2012, systems implementation/enhancement/configurations, financial month-end closing, bank payment integration, and working at a regional level with multiple APAC countries. Experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury retail is desired.

University degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or related disciplines.
