1. Manage periodic releases and ongoing enhancements for Chanel Canada's application landscape within Finance, Logistics, and Retail Solutions.
2. Oversee third-party application support partner service delivery.
3. Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements with support from SMEs.
4. Drive technical changes and manage small to intermediate projects.
5. Manage Agile and Waterfall delivery teams and partners both onshore and offshore.
6. Collaborate with solution teams to create best-in-class software development and testing.
7. Work on complex technical challenges with support from internal and external SMEs.
8. Ensure information security and business continuity requirements are met.
9. Support organizational change management activities.

1. Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 and/or AX ERP and/or POS systems.
2. Background in business analysis and/or functional consulting in supply chain, finance, retail, and sales.
3. Strong understanding of systems integrations, architecture, and EDI.
4. Knowledge of SDLC and release management processes.
5. Experience with large projects involving multiple teams and complex integrations.
6. Experience working with offshore teams and managed service providers.
7. Experience leading small to medium projects.

1. Knowledge of Azure DevOps or Jira, and PowerBI.
2. Knowledge of RPA and Power Platform tools.
3. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
4. Excellent documentation and written skills.
5. ITIL awareness.

Previous experience in a business analysis and/or functional consulting role, preferably in a luxury or retail industry setting. Exposure to working on large projects in a multinational organization with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
