1. Oversee the software development lifecycle within the business solutions domain, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
2. Manage third-party application support and partner service delivery to maintain optimal performance.
3. Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements with the assistance of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
4. Drive technical changes and manage small to intermediate projects, supporting larger project deliveries throughout their lifecycle.
5. Lead Agile and waterfall delivery teams, coordinating efforts across onshore and offshore partners.
6. Collaborate with solution teams to develop and test software, preparing test plans and supporting various test phases.
7. Address complex technical challenges with input from internal and external experts.
8. Ensure compliance with information security and business continuity requirements in collaboration with global, regional, and local teams.
9. Support organizational change management activities.

1. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or Point of Sale (POS) systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics D365 and/or AX.
2. Background in e-application delivery, project management, business analysis, or functional consulting in a luxury or retail industry setting.
3. Strong understanding of systems integrations, architecture, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
4. Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and release management processes.
5. Experience with large, multinational projects involving complex integrations and dependencies.
6. Experience leading small to medium projects.
7. Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, and PowerBI.
8. Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Power Platform tools.
9. Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
10. Awareness of ITIL practices.
11. Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP), Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe), and Product Management (CSPO, SAFe POPM) are advantageous.
