- Oversee the software development lifecycle within the business solutions domain, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Manage third-party application support and partner service delivery to maintain optimal performance.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements with the assistance of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Drive technical changes and manage small to intermediate projects, supporting larger project deliveries throughout their lifecycle.
- Lead Agile and waterfall delivery teams, coordinating efforts across onshore and offshore partners.
- Collaborate with solution teams to develop and test software, preparing test plans and supporting various test phases.
- Address complex technical challenges with input from internal and external experts.
- Ensure compliance with information security and business continuity requirements in collaboration with global, regional, and local teams.
- Support organizational change management activities.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or Point of Sale (POS) systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics D365 and/or AX.
- Background in e-application delivery, project management, business analysis, or functional consulting in a luxury or retail industry setting.
- Strong understanding of systems integrations, architecture, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and release management processes.
- Experience with large, multinational projects involving complex integrations and dependencies.
- Experience leading small to medium projects.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, and PowerBI.
- Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Power Platform tools.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
- Awareness of ITIL practices.
- Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP), Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe), and Product Management (CSPO, SAFe POPM) are advantageous.
