Chanel Enterprise Solutions Manager

- Oversee the software development lifecycle within the enterprise solutions division, managing third-party application support services.
- Manage periodic releases and continuous improvements of Chanel Canada's finance, logistics, and retail application landscape, including D365 and AX2012.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with support from subject matter experts.
- Lead small to medium-sized technical projects, contributing to the success of larger projects throughout their lifecycle.
- Manage Agile and Waterfall delivery teams and partners both onshore and offshore.
- Collaborate with solution teams to develop and test software, including preparing test plans and scripts, and support various testing phases.
- Work with global, regional, and local teams to ensure compliance with information security and business continuity requirements for each solution.
- Support change management activities within the organization.
- Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 and/or AX ERP and POS systems.
- Experience in business analysis and/or functional consulting, with deep knowledge of supply chain, finance, retail, and business processes, preferably in luxury or retail sectors.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, architecture, and EDI.
- Familiarity with SDLC and version management processes.
- Experience in large-scale projects with complex integrations and dependencies in a multinational setting, with expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Previous experience working with offshore teams and managed service providers.
- Experience leading small to medium-sized projects is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps or Jira, and PowerBI.
- Familiarity with RPA tools and Power Platform is a plus.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong documentation and writing skills.
- Awareness of ITIL.
- Certifications in business analysis (CBAP), project management (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe), and product management (CSPO, SAFe POPM) are appreciated.
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
