1. Manage periodic releases and ongoing enhancements for Chanel Canada's application landscape within Finance, Logistics, and Retail Solutions, including D365 and AX2012.
2. Manage third-party application support partner service delivery.
3. Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements with support from SMEs as needed.
4. Drive technical changes and manage small to intermediate projects without a project manager, while supporting larger projects throughout their lifecycle.
5. Manage Agile and Waterfall delivery teams and partners both onshore and offshore.
6. Collaborate with solution teams to create top-tier software development and testing, including preparing test plans and scripts, and supporting test phase execution.
7. Work collaboratively on complex technical challenges with internal and external Subject Matter Experts.
8. Ensure information security and business continuity requirements are met for each solution.
9. Support organizational change management activities.

1. Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 and/or AX ERP and/or POS systems.
2. Background in business analysis and/or functional consulting, with a deep understanding of supply chain, operations, finance, retail, and sales business processes, preferably in luxury or retail.
3. Strong understanding of systems integrations, architecture, and EDI.
4. Knowledge of SDLC and release management processes.
5. Experience with large projects involving multiple teams, complex integrations, and dependencies in a multinational organization.
6. Previous experience working with offshore teams and managed service providers.
7. Experience leading small to medium projects is a plus.
8. Knowledge of Azure DevOps or Jira, and PowerBI.
9. Knowledge of RPA and Power Platform tools is a plus.
10. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
11. Excellent documentation and written skills.
12. ITIL awareness.
13. Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP), Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe), and Product Management (CSPO, SAFe POPM) are advantageous.
14. Fluency in French is beneficial. Bilingualism is required for Quebec-based candidates.

Significant hands-on experience with D365 F&O and ERP/POS projects, including integration between multiple systems. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies is expected.
