- Manage periodic releases and ongoing enhancements for Chanel Canada's application landscape within Finance, Logistics, and Retail Solutions, including D365 and AX2012.
- Manage third-party application support partner service delivery.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements with support from SMEs as needed.
- Drive technical changes and manage small to intermediate projects without a project manager, while supporting larger projects throughout their lifecycle.
- Manage Agile and Waterfall delivery teams and partners both onshore and offshore.
- Collaborate with solution teams to create top-tier software development and testing, including preparing test plans and scripts, and supporting test phase execution.
- Work collaboratively on complex technical challenges with internal and external Subject Matter Experts.
- Ensure information security and business continuity requirements are met for each solution.
- Support organizational change management activities.
- Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 and/or AX ERP and/or POS systems.
- Background in business analysis and/or functional consulting, with a deep understanding of supply chain, operations, finance, retail, and sales business processes, preferably in luxury or retail.
- Strong understanding of systems integrations, architecture, and EDI.
- Knowledge of SDLC and release management processes.
- Experience with large projects involving multiple teams, complex integrations, and dependencies in a multinational organization.
- Previous experience working with offshore teams and managed service providers.
- Experience leading small to medium projects is a plus.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps or Jira, and PowerBI.
- Knowledge of RPA and Power Platform tools is a plus.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Excellent documentation and written skills.
- ITIL awareness.
- Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP), Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe), and Product Management (CSPO, SAFe POPM) are advantageous.
- Fluency in French is beneficial. Bilingualism is required for Quebec-based candidates.

Significant hands-on experience with D365 F&O and ERP/POS projects, including integration between multiple systems. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies is expected.
