- Manage sales and margin monitoring for W&FJ Europe, reporting directly to the FP&A Director.
- Oversee net sales reporting and performance management through daily, weekly, and monthly reports for operational teams and top management.
- Monitor sales budget and reforecast construction with markets, ensuring collaboration and coordination.
- Create synergies with the product merchandising team, challenge forecasts, and align product strategy.
- Prepare strategic presentations for top management in collaboration with the FP&A Director, utilizing innovative formats.
- Serve as the CEBI champion, centralizing evolutions and developments to meet analysis needs from business teams and ensuring the reliability of all business reports.
- Participate in the implementation of a new forecasting tool, including training and ensuring its evolution aligns with business needs.
- Provide margin analysis and follow-up, ensuring closings management and building gross margin components budget and reforecasts.
- Manage the pricing process in collaboration with the apprentice and W&FJ Division team.
- Monitor European stock and provide financial support to regional warehouse teams.
- Coordinate inventories of Europe stock, optimizing inventory results for the WFJ boutiques network.
- Act as a key interlocutor for P&L monitoring and monthly follow-up across specified geographic scopes.
- Develop business partnerships with markets, including market visits and inventory participation.
- Coordinate capex construction and CEO review preparation with markets and store planning team.
- Support WFJ Regional Europe business team on performance steering and simplify processes to enhance efficiency.
- Participate in Future of Finance projects, including key transformation initiatives.
- Master's degree in engineering, management, or business school.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills with strategic thinking ability.
- Proactive and innovative mindset with leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and information systems.
- Knowledge of SAP and TM1 is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
8 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field, with a focus on finance and strategic management.
Master's degree in engineering, management, or business school.
