- Contribute to the strategic planning and vision for the Fragrance & Beauty Division.
- Utilize advanced analytics for business scenario planning and predictive analysis.
- Monitor external market factors and recommend strategic actions.
- Provide financial analyses and insights to influence decision-making at various levels.
- Collaborate with divisions and trade partners to develop analytical KPIs and reports.
- Lead monthly performance meetings and variance analysis for the division.
- Manage inventory and forecast sales, addressing stock obsolescence and write-offs.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for the division.
- Support the development of annual business reviews and strategic alignment meetings.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and build complex business cases.
- Co-create capital expenditure requests and ensure financial KPIs are met.
- Proven track record in business finance within the luxury or consumer goods sector.
- Experience in strategic planning and financial analysis.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive strategic initiatives.
A minimum of 5-7 years in a finance-related role, preferably within the luxury or consumer goods industry.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
