1. Contribute to the strategic planning and vision for the Fragrance & Beauty Division.
2. Utilize advanced analytics for business scenario planning and predictive analysis.
3. Monitor external market factors and recommend strategic actions.
4. Provide financial analyses and insights to influence decision-making at various levels.
5. Collaborate with divisions and trade partners to develop analytical KPIs and reports.
6. Lead monthly performance meetings and variance analysis for the division.
7. Manage inventory and forecast sales, addressing stock obsolescence and write-offs.
8. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for the division.
9. Support the development of annual business reviews and strategic alignment meetings.
10. Provide ad hoc financial analysis and build complex business cases.
11. Co-create capital expenditure requests and ensure financial KPIs are met.

1. Proven track record in business finance within the luxury or consumer goods sector.
2. Experience in strategic planning and financial analysis.
3. Ability to work independently and manage complex projects.

A minimum of 5-7 years in a finance-related role, preferably within the luxury or consumer goods industry.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
