1. Implement, monitor, and distribute regular business analyses and co-create recurring reports
2. Participate in creating incentives to boost boutique sales
3. Develop performance KPIs for business events
4. Contribute to the creation of committees to engage boutique teams
5. Propose business development strategies to achieve business objectives
6. Deploy staff engagement programs for Wholesale teams
7. Draft quarterly newsletters on market updates and competition
8. Organize regular committees and occasional events
9. Assist in organizing and deploying training sessions
10. Adapt and translate digital learning content
11. Analyze and monitor e-learning application KPIs
12. Create training content for fashion teams

1. Student from a business school (Bac+4/5 level) or equivalent
2. Successful internship experience in roles such as Financial Controller, Business Analyst, or Operations Officer

2. Strong adaptability and excellent interpersonal skills
3. Dynamic, curious, service-oriented, versatile, and flexible
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Office Suite)

A first successful internship experience in roles such as Financial Controller, Business Analyst, or Operations Officer.

Student from a business school (Bac+4/5 level) or equivalent.
