Chanel Business Development Project Assistant Intern

- Implement, monitor, and disseminate regular and insightful business analyses and co-develop recurring reports.
- Contribute to the creation of sales incentives to boost boutique sales.
- Develop performance KPIs for specific business events.
- Participate in the creation of committees to engage boutique teams.
- Propose business development strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Deploy engagement programs for Wholesale teams across Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty, and Watches & Fine Jewelry.
- Propose innovative engagement actions.
- Draft quarterly newsletters covering market updates and competition.
- Assist in organizing regular committees and occasional events.
- Support the Learning Manager in organizing and deploying training sessions.
- Adapt and translate digital learning content.
- Analyze and monitor e-learning application KPIs.
- Contribute to the creation of training content for Fashion teams.
- Student from a business school (Bac+4/5 level) or equivalent.
- Previous successful internship experience in roles such as Financial Controller, Business Analyst, or Operations Officer.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
- Excellent adaptability and interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic, curious, with a strong sense of service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
