Chanel Business Development Manager

- Optimize resource utilization and collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to enhance operational efficiency and maximize profitability.
- Negotiate with trade partners to uphold Chanel's reputation as the ultimate House of Luxury.
- Support the head of retail in business planning and data analytics, providing insights and recommendations based on findings.
- Lead and supervise the data management team to ensure efficiency and regularly review and simplify processes.
- Serve as the primary contact for cross-departmental collaboration and communication on projects.
- Plan special events for key locations, coordinating resources with stakeholders.
- Evaluate resource management at retail stores and propose action plans as needed.
- Negotiate trade agreements for retail stores, including contract renewals and event support.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with retail staff and trade partners.
- Facilitate the implementation of retail auto replenishment by engaging and negotiating with trade partners.
- Consolidate activities across retail locations and develop tailored activity plans.
- Manage retail operations manuals and standardize operational procedures.
- Regularly visit retail stores to assess sales performance and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead and manage retail operations projects as required.
- University degree or higher
- Proficiency in retail Salesforce and retail marketing
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Result-oriented with attention to detail
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage complex projects and manipulate large datasets
Over 2 years of experience in trade marketing or sales management within the retail industry.
University degree or higher
