1. Assist in the planning and merchandising of exceptional haute joaillerie and haute horlogerie pieces across all regions.
2. Operate and monitor the flow of haute joaillerie and haute horlogerie in collaboration with merchandisers and regional markets.
3. Coordinate stock receptions and shipments in collaboration with stock, transport, and customs services.
4. Update stock tracking tools.
5. Create and update sales support tools.
6. Provide occasional assistance during haute joaillerie events.
7. Manage the archiving and tracking of gemstone authenticity certificates.
8. Serve as the point of contact for regions/markets regarding certificate dispatches.
9. Analyze and track billable pieces using the dedicated platform.
10. Contribute to the drafting of sales reports for regions and global teams.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or university, seeking a gap year or end-of-studies internship.
2. Previous internship experience in an international environment is preferred.
3. Interest in the jewelry sector.

1. Fluent in English.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
3. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is preferred.
4. Strong organizational skills.
5. Attention to detail.
6. Autonomous work ethic.
7. Service-oriented mindset.

Previous internship experience in an international environment is preferred.
