- Analyze the commercial performance of the Wholesale Perfume-Beauty sector in France.
- Manage and consolidate sell-out and sell-in databases for all wholesale points of sale in France, including national chains and independent clients.
- Update the database with openings and closures of points of sale in coordination with the customer service department.
- Ensure the reliability and consistency of data, securing the accuracy of reports and tracking tables.
- Conduct analyses to identify business risks and opportunities, enriching strategic reflections for the network.
- Develop presentation materials for various forums sharing the Wholesale Perfume-Beauty France activity.
- Coordinate with Circana for the delivery of sell-out data by zone and extract data via BW (Analyzer) for sell-in tracking.
- Digitalize and automate business reports using Power BI to enhance analysis efficiency and impact.
- Construct and monitor the objectives of wholesale field teams.
- Collaborate with zone managers to define quantitative objectives for team members, ensure regular follow-up, and communicate results.
- Analyze field team performance, tracking sales, image, customer experience, and training indicators.
- Implement and monitor incentives for field teams to boost sales and performance.
- Participate in calculating bonuses for wholesale field teams.
- Facilitate communication of performance to headquarters and wholesale field teams.
- Prepare monthly Wholesale & Department Stores France performance reports for communication to field and headquarters teams.
- Create and distribute weekly newsletters for field teams, detailing business priorities, activations, events, service plans, and sell-out performance results by zone/sector.
- Manage the news feed for field teams on the Chanel France internal platform homepage.
- Pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+5) in Business or Engineering School.
- Significant initial professional experience in Commercial, Analytical, or Management Control domains.
- Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and organizational ability.
- Business-oriented analytical mindset with a penchant for numbers, dashboards, and the luxury industry.
- Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SAP, and BW (Analyzer) is advantageous.
- Commercial acumen with a proactive approach to business and performance management.
- Curiosity, responsiveness, and a drive to impact and optimize existing processes.
Significant initial professional experience in Commercial, Analytical, or Management Control domains is required.
Pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+5) in Business or Engineering School.
