1. Assist the Retail Manager in operational support during new store openings.
2. Define and manage product assortment strategies.
3. Optimize performance metrics and drive retail team engagement.
4. Support Retail and Boutique Managers with assortment recommendations during buying sessions.
5. Prepare monthly restock recommendations for permanent catalog items.
6. Ensure market compliance with Retail Manager's purchasing recommendations.
7. Develop and update performance analyses, including monthly performance reports.
8. Propose initiatives to optimize performance and alert management to budget discrepancies.
9. Conduct in-depth and ad hoc analyses based on business needs.
10. Contribute to presentations for top management business reviews, field visits, and Eyewear webinars/seminars.
11. Organize webinars/seminars for Eyewear representatives.
12. Collaborate with the Eyewear ambassador to address boutique requests and maintain group dynamics.
13. Create and update a dashboard to track the annual sales challenge results.

2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Fluent in English.

No specific experience required, but a strong interest in retail and fashion is essential.

Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field.

Exposure to a 360° omnichannel business view, varied missions, daily interactions with international teams, and opportunities for creativity and initiative within a small business unit.
