Chanel Business Analyst Intern - Eyewear Division

- Assist the Retail Manager in operational support during new boutique openings.
- Define and manage product assortment for the Eyewear category.
- Optimize performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Support Retail and Boutique Managers in purchasing decisions for new collections.
- Prepare monthly restocking recommendations for permanent catalog items.
- Ensure adherence to purchasing recommendations by Retail Managers.
- Create and update performance analyses and monthly reports on key indicators.
- Propose initiatives to optimize performance and alert management to budget discrepancies.
- Conduct in-depth and ad hoc analyses as needed.
- Contribute to business presentations, including top management reviews and seminars.
- Organize webinars and seminars for Eyewear category representatives.
- Collaborate with Eyewear ambassadors to address boutique requests and maintain group communication.
- Develop and maintain a dashboard to track annual sales challenges for top-performing sales staff.
- Enthusiastic and creative with a passion for fashion products.
- Proactive, meticulous, and innovative.
- Strong service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
Previous experience in retail or fashion industry preferred, with a focus on performance analysis and product management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Exposure to a comprehensive view of the Eyewear business from product to client, daily interactions with international teams, and the opportunity to work in a small, creative business unit.
