- Assist the Retail Manager in operational support during boutique openings.
- Define and manage product assortment.
- Optimize performance and animate retail teams.
- Support Retail and Boutique Managers in purchasing decisions.
- Prepare monthly restock recommendations.
- Ensure purchasing recommendations are understood and followed by markets.
- Create and update performance analysis and monthly reports.
- Propose initiatives to optimize performance and alert managers to budget discrepancies.
- Conduct in-depth and ad hoc analyses.
- Contribute to business presentations and webinars/seminars.
- Organize webinars/seminars for Eyewear representatives.
- Collaborate with the Eyewear ambassador to respond to boutique requests.
- Create and update a dashboard to track annual sales challenges.
- Enthusiastic, creative with a sensitivity for fashion products.
- Proactive, rigorous, and able to make proposals.
- Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
Experience in retail or a related field is beneficial.
