Chanel Business Analyst Assistant - International After-Sales Projects

- Collaborate with project managers on various after-sales service projects.
- Define KPIs for Horlogerie and Joaillerie activities.
- Develop and manage dashboards for central and local repair workshops.
- Create ad hoc Power BI reports to support business activities and performance tracking.
- Assist global repair workshops in achieving objectives related to time, cost, and quality.
- Monitor subcontracting costs and time spent per intervention.
- Contribute to international after-sales projects, including Standard Time of Operations and capacity optimization.
- Participate in stock management projects for spare parts with the Supply Chain team.
- Map the entire Horlogerie-Joaillerie/After-Sales ecosystem, including boutiques, services, and subcontracting.
- Enrollment in a business or engineering school program (Master's level).
- Curiosity and organization skills.
- Interest in Horlogerie and Joaillerie industries.
- Positive mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work in an international environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong synthesis and analytical abilities.
- Autonomy and priority management skills.
- Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
No specific experience required, but familiarity with project management and data analysis is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business or engineering.
