Chanel Building and Utilities Maintenance Technician
Chanel, a prestigious independent luxury brand, is renowned for its commitment to creative freedom, human potential, and positive impact. As part of its expansion, Chanel is establishing a new industrial site in Venette, dedicated to the production and packaging of perfumes, employing approximately 200 individuals. Chanel is part of a larger conglomerate that values innovation and excellence in the luxury fashion industry.
- Ensure maintenance of all buildings and utilities in collaboration with subcontractors while adhering to budget constraints.
- Oversee corrective and preventive maintenance using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Ensure safety during all interventions within the scope, including permits, authorizations, and certifications.
- Guarantee the supply of water, electricity, air, vacuum, steam, heating, and cooling in workshops, as well as air treatment. Develop and distribute the annual intervention schedule.
- Manage maintenance contracts for handling equipment with relevant service managers and monitor performance indicators.
- Plan and manage periodic inspections and mandatory controls of installations, analyze reports, propose corrective actions, and periodically replace safety equipment.
- Maintain relationships with equipment maintenance suppliers.
- Participate in the negotiation of maintenance contracts with equipment suppliers.
- Propose three-year plans for building and energy production system improvements and maintenance.
- Oversee the updating of all building and network plans.
- Participate in the study and follow-up of all investments (buildings and utilities) within the company.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in building and utilities maintenance.
- Minimum of 10 years of significant experience in the ICPE industry.
- Knowledge in electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and energy management.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical documents.
- Methodical, organized, and meticulous in planning.
- Responsive to emergency situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and adaptability to various stakeholders.
- Ability to consider multiple constraints.
A minimum of 10 years of significant experience in the ICPE industry is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in building and utilities maintenance.
