- Develop and execute annual marketing plans for beauty and fragrance brands, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local priorities.
- Translate brand DNA into actionable local plans, maintaining consistency with luxury codes and visual identity.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring financial control and maximizing ROI.
- Lead product launches and coordinate 360° campaigns across various channels including retail, e-commerce, and PR.
- Define annual launch calendars and coordinate trade marketing tools.
- Ensure flawless execution at points of sale in line with beauty excellence standards.
- Act as the primary liaison with international headquarters and stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators and analyze market trends to propose action plans.
- Manage external agencies and contribute to defining training needs for sales teams.
- Coach and develop junior team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related field.
- Postgraduate studies or specialization in Marketing or Brand Management preferred.
- Solid understanding of the beauty and fragrance market.
- Strong aesthetic sensitivity and luxury brand storytelling.
- Analytical mindset with commercial KPI management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management capabilities.
Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within beauty, fragrances, makeup, or skincare. Proven experience with international brands under distribution or licensing models is essential.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related field.
