- Define and implement the annual marketing plan for each assigned brand.
- Adapt global strategies to the local market, considering trends, consumers, and channels.
- Supervise the development of ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.
- Plan and coordinate product launches in fragrance and makeup.
- Conduct performance analysis by category and SKU to make assortment decisions.
- Monitor product lifecycle and optimize the portfolio by channel.
- Define and execute trade marketing initiatives in coordination with commercial teams.
- Supervise the design and implementation of POP materials, testers, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor presence and activations at points of sale, ensuring correct execution.
- Prepare sales forecasts and demand plans by channel and brand.
- Monitor commercial KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, margin, rotation).
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient ROI.
- Maintain constant communication with the parent companies of distributed brands.
- Ensure correct representation of brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal areas: sales, logistics, e-commerce, education, and PR.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
- Advanced English proficiency for communication with parent companies.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, analytical tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Leadership, strategic thinking, results orientation, aesthetic sensitivity, negotiation skills, and cross-functional teamwork.
3–5 years in similar roles, preferably in the luxury, beauty, or premium consumer industry.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
