Boutique Projects and Maintenance Manager

1. Coordinate and manage boutique project maintenance and engineering for Chanel Fashion and WFJ Boutiques.
2. Maintain the physical condition and image of boutiques, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of furniture and fixtures.
3. Identify and plan maintenance needs, including electrical and mechanical repairs, ensuring compliance with local laws.
4. Liaise with contractors for scheduling, negotiation, execution, and quality control of maintenance work.
5. Conduct regular site visits for supervision, inspection, and recommendations on repair and renovation projects.
6. Schedule routine maintenance and manage furniture/materials ordering and implementation.
7. Compile monthly maintenance reports and conduct annual maintenance cost analysis.
8. Coordinate boutique renovation and new boutique openings, including layout review and execution.
9. Manage boutique security coordination with contracted security companies.

1. College or university graduate
2. Major in Interior Design or Architecture is a plus

1. Proficiency in computer graphic software such as AutoCAD and Illustrator
2. Strong drive and innovation
3. Good teamwork spirit
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

3-5 years of related experience in Interior Design or Visual Merchandising. Project management experience is a plus.
