Chanel Assistant Boutique Projects and Maintenance Manager

- Coordinate and oversee boutique project management and engineering maintenance for Chanel Fashion and Watch & Fine Jewelry Boutiques.
- Maintain the physical condition and image of boutiques, ensuring optimal cleanliness and maintenance of furniture and fixtures.
- Identify and address maintenance and engineering needs for all boutiques, including electrical and mechanical repairs and replacements.
- Liaise with contractors for scheduling, quotation negotiations, and quality control, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular on-site supervision and inspections, providing recommendations and overseeing repair, renovation, and refurbishment projects.
- Schedule routine maintenance and ensure timely execution of both reactive and preventive maintenance work.
- Manage loose furniture, including ordering, shipment, and implementation.
- Compile monthly maintenance reports and conduct annual maintenance cost analysis to ensure budget compliance.
- Collaborate on boutique renovation and new boutique opening projects, including layout review, BOH design, and furniture material ordering.
- Coordinate with security companies for boutique security matters and establish emergency procedures.
- College or university degree, preferably in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Proficiency in computer graphic software such as AutoCAD and Illustrator.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated drive and innovation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
3-5 years of relevant experience in Interior Design or as a Visual Merchandiser, with project management experience considered a plus.
College or university degree, preferably in Interior Design or Architecture.
