Responsibilities
- Manage the back of house team in executing operational and administrative duties.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide the highest level of customer service to colleagues and clients.
- Assist on the boutique sales floor as needed.
- Collect information and data for statistical and financial reports.
- Maintain statistical records for the boutiques.
- Conduct mid-month estimates with Boutique Managers.
- Code invoices and maintain records.
- Update store policies and procedures manuals.
- Become a super-user for all back-office systems and processes.
- Process bank deposits and perform cash register reconciliations.
- Order stationery and boutique supplies.
- Handle telephone calls professionally.
- Ensure secure and accurate use of the cash register.
- Assist in boutique repairs and inventory management.
- Communicate with contractors, vendors, and management for services.
- Manage cashiers, stockists, and alterations.
- Support the Fashion Division with uniform and supplies orders.
- Coordinate with Head Office for communication tools and visual merchandising.
- Develop and maintain expert product knowledge.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with colleagues and management.
- Assist in cycle counts and annual boutique inventories.
- Participate in regular events and promotions.
- Adhere to Health & Safety and Security procedures.
- Maintain merchandising standards and product quality.
- Adhere to dress code and grooming guidelines.
- Participate in training and personal development.
Qualifications
- Successful experience of at least 4-6 years in leadership retail operations and/or stock experience.
Skills
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working with different departments and teams.
- Strong skills in managing and mentoring a team.
- Fluent English, French a plus.
