Chanel Boutique Operations Manager

- Manage the back of house team to execute operational and administrative duties while maintaining Chanel's standards of customer service and teamwork.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships by responding promptly to internal and external queries.
- Assist on the boutique sales floor, applying Chanel's customer service standards.
- Collect and manage data for statistical and financial reports for boutiques and head office.
- Conduct mid-month estimates with Boutique Managers and manage invoice coding and record-keeping.
- Update store policies and procedures as per head office guidelines.
- Become a super-user for all back-office systems and processes.
- Perform bank deposits and cash register reconciliations, forwarding them to head office.
- Ensure accurate use of the cash register and assist with boutique repairs and inventory management.
- Manage cashiers, stockists, and alterations staff.
- Support the Fashion Division by organizing staff uniforms and coordinating with corporate for supplies.
- Communicate with contractors and vendors to provide services for the boutique.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of cycle counts and annual inventories.
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and Security procedures.
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure product quality control.
- Participate in training and personal development activities.
- Successful experience of at least 4-6 years in leadership retail operations and/or stock management.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams.
- Proficiency in managing and mentoring a team.
- Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus.
A minimum of 4-6 years in leadership roles within retail operations or stock management.
